Honest notes

What the research is, and what it is not

  • Opportunities are nonexclusive. Other firms may receive research on the same organization.
  • We do not promise meetings, clients or sales. The research supports your own outreach decisions.
  • A new award is not proof of cash received, a staffing problem or buying intent.

Pricing FAQ

Questions firms ask before they start

What is included in the $149 pilot?

Five researched opportunities, two deliveries and 14 days of service. No automatic renewal, and the fee is credited to your first month if you continue.

What are the monthly options after the pilot?

Founding firms pay $249 a month for three months. After that, Core is $299 a month for five to eight opportunities, or Growth is $449 a month for 10 to 15 opportunities plus account monitoring.

What information does each opportunity include?

The nonprofit and its size, the award trigger, the capacity signal, timing and the likely objection, who to approach, and a suggested opening line.

What do Verified, Inferred and Unknown mean?

Verified is supported by direct evidence. Inferred is a reasonable but unconfirmed interpretation. Unknown is not established. Material claims include source links and check dates.

Are the opportunities exclusive?

No. AwardNote research is not exclusive.

Will AwardNote arrange meetings or guarantee new clients?

No. We provide research to support your own outreach decisions. Meetings and sales are not guaranteed.

Are these nonprofits actively looking for accounting help?

Not necessarily. An opportunity reflects a documented event and potential capacity need, not a request for proposals or confirmed buying intent.
